Many people feel guilty and then feel guilty about feeling guilty! Buddhists believe that guilt is an artificial, culturally imposed negative focus on the self. Tibbetans don't even have a word for it!
A Peace practice: notice how you feel guilty. Step away from your guilt and see what you learned when you made a mistake. Take an action from the learning.
Choose learning each time you think you have erred and create Peace!
Unlearn guilt! I now you can.
